March
Not only is
Pat Anderson
the Slidell Photo Club's Photographer of the Month for March, he is also the club's Photographer of the Year in their Apprentice division.  This distinction moves him up to the next competing division for the club, the Journeyman division.  Pat states that he has been interested in photography all of his life and enjoys all types of photography.  His favorites, though, are landscape, birds, and wildlife. He used 35mm for most of his photos and then took a break from photography for a few years.  In 2005 he started working with digital and was hooked again.  He joined the Slidell Photo Club to learn how to improve his photography skills.  Apparently it worked, as he is now in the Journeyman division.  His piece, Cumberland Falls, Kentucky, will be on display through the month of March at the Robert Blvd. branch of the St. Tammany Parish Library in Slidell.
